Summer Time

I love Summer!  I love having all my kids home from college & school.  I love 90-100 degree warm days!  I love sleeping in and having lazy days. I love hot, sunny family days on our boat.  I love hikes & walks.  I love vacations and family time!  Here are some fun things we have done so far this summer!
     This summer kicked off with Jessica graduating from Rock Canyon High School in May.  It was weird to have her graduate after she had finished High school in December and then spent a semester over at BYU.

Memorial Day we spent the day at Royal Gorge.  Grand Canyon of Colorado.  It was a fun day together.  We enjoyed Jessica freaking out over the Height thing and clinging to Javan on the bridge & gondola.

This summer we had Tami and her cute, fun, energetic kids come out to visit.  We had so much fun exploring the parks around us (it gave us all a chance to play and be kids again) swimming, going to the Littleton Farm and to Tiny Town.  We love Tami & Mike and their cute little family

One of our favorite summer traditions is camping & boating over Father's Day weekend with our wonderful friends Adams, Ashbys, Hamblins, Housers & Krafts.  We even went to the Sterling drive-in one night.  Quite the redneck adventure!

We had a wonderful 4th of July spent with the Ashby's & Adam's.  Swimming at the pool, BBQ & Fireworks.

Trevor & I spent the day with the Adam's at the Colorado Wildlife refuge.  We loved all the animals.  I think Jill and I even enjoyed them more than the kids.
